Collar City Athletics offers group fitness classes 7 days per week. 

Each class is an hour long with at least 1 trainer/coach leading class.  Our workouts are designed help you increase strength and endurance capabilities and push you out of your comfort zone.  Our goal is to help you find a fitness routine that excites you while improving your overall health and well being.  Our class sizes range from small to medium which allow the trainer to focus on each person in a group setting.  We work with you in each class to scale the workout to your level.  

We also offer specialty classes like yoga, kettlebell, and obstacle course racing (coming soon).  Check the schedule for times.
