Masters Class and Bring a Friend

The Masters Class will be starting Tuesday, April 1st.  It will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15-8:15 and Sunday morning 9-10am.  This class is designed for ages 40+, if anyone else is interested please contact us.  

We have developed a 6 week program that will help you improve your fitness at a less intense pace than our regular WOD classes.  The WOD will be posted when you come in for class.   Please spread the word and feel free to bring a friend for the first week!  

We are also offering a special in the month of March - If you refer a friend that joins the gym you will receive $25 CCCF dollars that can be used towards your membership or anything in the store.  If your friend purchases a 3 month membership in March they will get 20% off their membership.  Have them contact us for a free intro or elements ASAP!  Make sure they say you referred them!

Workout 14.1

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
55-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS MEN - includes Masters Men 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
65-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS WOMEN - includes Masters Women 55+
30 double-unders
45-lb. power snatches, 15 reps
