We are excited to announce that the master's class has been added to our schedule. Coach Linda will be coaching every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15pm - 8:15pm and Sundays from 11am - noon.
The Master's Class (aka Crossfit Classic Rock) is not necessarily just for older athletes, It's designed for athletes who want a bit more predictability and a bit less intensity. It's designed to be a medium intensity workout over longer periods (e.g. 30 minute odd/evens) with movements selected by the athlete - and movements that may be lower impact/weight. For those who have ever felt anxious before a WOD, it is also designed to reduce that anxiety. It's still a tough workout that will leave you sweaty and sore, but it relies less on competition as a motivator than a traditional WOD. Athletes are welcome to track progress, but time, reps, rounds are not tracked by the coach. Athletes can participate in the workout at any level. All are welcome!
