Memorial Day is next weekend and on Monday, May 26th we will be doing "Murph" at 10am. This will be our 4th annual Murph Memorial Day WOD and we are looking forward to doing it for the first time at the new gym. If you didn't know, the movie Lone Survivor was based on the story of Michael Murphy's final days in Afghanistan and his heroic efforts to save his team. We were thinking of setting up a movie night at the gym on Friday, May 23rd to watch the movie - let us know if you are interested and we will decide!
The Hero WOD "Murph" consists of 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. We will offer many scaling options.
