Are you a new athlete? Are you wishing you could just get a little more help with some of the basics? Then we have just the program for you.
We are excited to announce that we will be offering a special beginner series in July and August. In July, Coach Randy will be hosting an Olympic lifting basics series. In August, we will offer a Kettlebell basics series. These will consist of 4 classes on Monday nights at 6:30pm. These classes will be limited in size and only offered to new athletes (1-3 months) first. If the spots do not fill, we will then open them up to more experienced athletes. We would like to structure them as a progressive series meaning that we would prefer to see athletes commit to all 4 classes in that month. We will build on skills each week. We will create a special sign up sheet that will be posted near the whiteboard at the door. It will be first come, first serve. If these programs are successful, we will continue them into September.
