25 H2H Swings

25 Goblet Squats

25 H2H Swings

25 KB Push Press

25 H2H Swings

25 KB Push-Ups

25 H2H Swings

25 KB SDLHP

*Both partners have to be working at the same time. 

* Everything except the H2H swings has to be performed at the same time by both partners. This means both partners have to be at the bottem of the squat at the same time and at the top at the same time. Same goes for the push press, push-ups, and SDLHP.
