WOD:

15 Air Squats
Every 2 Rounds 5 Dead Lifts (275/135)
* Dead Lifts Should Be Done Unbroken

** The dead lifts in this workout are a way to break up Cindy. With that being said you still want to get as many rounds of Cindy in as possible. The weight on the dead lifts should be challenging but not too heavy. You should not have to look at the bar for 15-20 sec before picking it up, and you should not break up the 5 reps.
