WOD:

1) Find your 1 Rep Max Front Squat

2) For Time:
30-25-20-15-20-25-30
Air Squats
Double-Unders 

*The catch is that the DU's must be done unbroken…if you get to 29 you have to go back to 1….you are allowed to do a single, double, single as long as the rope doesn't stop moving.

The reps can be scaled if you just recently got du's

Double the rep count for singles and same rule applies - must do them unbroken
