WOD:
1)  12 Minutes Odd/Even
   Odd - 5 Push Press (as heavy as you can go for 5 unbroken)
   Even - 30 DU's (or 15 DU attempts or 60 singles)

2) Team Fun - in teams of 3 or 4
Complete the following in order, 1 person working at a time, break up reps however you want
    3,000 Meter Row
    100 Push-ups
    80 Air Squats
    60 Knees 2 Elbows
    40 Burpees
    20 HSPU
