1-10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

*This Workout Is Meant To Be Completed Within About 15 Mins. The Clean and Jerks Should Not Be Very Heavy. The Weight Should Be Very Manageable And You Should Be Able To Do Multiple Reps Each Set Unbroken. You Should Not Have To Go To Singles Until The End Of The Workout.
