10 Wall Balls (30/20)
10 Toes 2 Bar

100 Double Unders
*You are going to start with the 100 DU's or 200 Singles. Then go right into the 5 rounds of 10 Wall Balls and 10 T2B, and then finish with 100 DU'd or 200 Singles. Make sure you pick a med ball weight that you are comfortable with, and something you can try to do all 5 sets of 10 wall balls unbroken.
