**For The Weight On Both Bar Movements Make Sure You Pick A Weight That Is Not Challenging. You Want To Cycle Through Reps Quickly and Try To Hold Onto The Bar For As Long As Possible. Also Same Weight For Both Thrusters And Hang Power Snatches.
