10 Pistols (10 Deck Squats As Scale)

*Goal With This Is To Keep Yourself Moving At A Nice Steady Pace. Work Form With Body Of The Movements. You Shouldn't Get Out Of Breath Too Much. You Also Shouldn't Fail At Any Point Unless You Loose Your Balance On A Pistol. This Is A Skill Session. Not A METCON. 

B.) 15 Min AMRAP

4 Lunges (BW/2L/2R)
