*Muscle Ups And Snatches Go Up One Rep Each Round. If You Are Doing Chest To Bar Or Reg Pull-ups, They Will Start With 2 Reps And Go Up By 2 Reps Each Round.
*If You Can Squat Snatch Do So For The Snatches. If Not Comfortable With Squat Snatches Power Are Fine.
