*One person will start the workout on the rower while the other two wait for that person to finish the 20 cals. Once they finish the 20 cals they will move on to the C2B and person number 2 will start the row. If person number 2 completes the row before person number 1 finishes the C2B they will have to wait until person number 1 completes the C2B and then move on. Continue this until all three people complete 3 rounds.
