Station 3: 5 Mins Of Max 100m Farmers Carries Trips (45/25)
                 5 Mins Of Max 100m Tire Flip Trips
**Work In Pair On Both The Flips And Farmers Carries. With The Farmers Carries One Person Does 100m The Other Rest Then Switch. On The Tire Flips Alternate Every Flip.
