*Water Fall Style= Person One Will Do 60 Singles Person Number 2 Has To Wait To Do There Singles Till Person 1 Finishes. Person Three Has To Wait Till Person 2 Finishes. Continue Pattern Till Each Person Completes 10 Sets Or 30 Min Time Cap
