Group Joint Mobility
Start Warming Up Bench Press

WORKOUT:
Strength:
3x5 Bench Press
*Try to do all 5 sets at the same weight

20 Min. AMRAP
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
*Pace should be 1 round per minute.  You can scale the reps to keep that intensity.
EX: 3 Pull-ups/6 Push-ups/12 Squats or 3 Pull-ups/8 Push-ups/15 Squats
