With a Partner
35 Minutes:
10 Farmers Carry (45/25)
100 Bumper Plate Ground 2 Overhead
100 Burpee Box Jumps
Max Reps Wall Balls
*Clock runs for 35 minutes, complete the workout in order with 1 person working at a time
Once all the BBJ are completed then do as many wall balls as possible until the time runs out.
